Cats are People too!

Hey!  Cats can Blog too!

Hi there! I’m a  Cat, and I like piña coladas. (And gettin’ caught in the rain.)

You might say what is a cat doing Blogging.   Well, if you will just hold on to your britches I’ll explain.

I may be a cat, but I am also much more than just a cat.  I am a people also.   In fact, I am a better people than you are.

You can see from my picture that I can climb a tree.  You might be able to climb a tree also, but I am much better than you could ever dream you could be in this tree climbing stuff.  I can also get down pretty fast (most of the time).  Even if I fall I can always land on all four feet* and prance away happily unhurt.   You just try that and they will have to come and haul you off to the the emergency room in a fancy painted up station wagon with a loud noise maker.  So who is better, a cat or just an ordinary people person like you?   *and you don’t even have four feet (sometimes only two left feet at that). 

And I am no ordinary cat.   See me in that tree up there?   I am invisible to all bird creatures   I am sitting there unbeknownst to them silly feathery critters.   I am patient also.  I will wait and be very very still until one lands within my pouncing range.

So, people person, you had better believe that I am more than just a cat.  You might say I am ‘Super Cat’.   Not only that, I am better at what I do than you will ever be.   And, never forget;  I am extremely humble about my super status.  I never gloat about you being so inept at the kind of things I do most graciously.

So, I will say this once, and only once, and you had better listen good: Leave me alone!  You know how bad I can hurt you.  (ever heard of Cat Scratch Fever?)

And that’s all I have to say about that stuff. 

PS: By the way, don’t forget to feed me and give me some treats and  clean up my litter box – dummy!
